Loudoun Home Repair is operated by Allan Nguyen at 80nweb. Contact hello@loudounhomerepair.com about an inquiry, a correction or a privacy request.
What you send
The form collects your name, email, selected town or community, topic, message, any repair-list items and your consent. It may include the current page and standard campaign labels so we can understand how an inquiry arrived. Please do not include sensitive documents, payment information, entry codes or your street address.
How it is used
We use these details to review your inquiry, reply when appropriate, protect the forms and keep a record of what you submitted. The website stores form records in a private Cloudflare database and sends a notification to the owner’s private inbox. The public hello address also forwards email privately to the owner.
Contractor sharing
We do not automatically send your inquiry to contractors. Before a proposed referral, we will identify the recipient and ask for separate permission. The intended future model may include paid referrals or sponsorships. Any new arrangement will be disclosed before it applies to your inquiry.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes the form, provides spam protection through Turnstile and routes email. These services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. An IP address is used for rate limiting and spam verification; we do not add it to the inquiry database. Email delivery and inbox providers process the notification and your replies.
How long records stay
Website inquiry records are automatically removed after 90 days. Email copies and replies are separate and may remain in the owner’s inbox. You can email the public address to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify the request. A database deletion does not automatically delete an email copy.
Drafts, cookies and measurement
The repair-list draft stays in the current tab’s memory until you send it or close/reload the page. The site does not save it in a user account. Save a copy if you want to keep it. At launch, the site has no advertising pixels or Google Analytics. Cloudflare may use technical storage needed for security. Submissions record limited source labels, without recording the full external browsing history.
Your choice
You can read the guides and save a repair list without submitting a form. You may also email the public address, though normal email providers will process that message. There is no marketing subscription in the inquiry form.
