We are building useful project guides and a simple way to organize non-urgent inquiries. We are not a contractor, an inspection service or a provider of technical diagnosis. There is no confirmed contractor network at this stage.
What happens when you send a message
The website saves your details privately and queues an email notification to the owner. You will see a reference number and can save a copy. Submitting does not book a visit, request emergency help or guarantee a response. We may reply by email if we can help with a next step.
You choose whether details are shared
Your initial consent covers owner review and contact about the inquiry. It does not authorize a contractor marketing list or a round of calls. Before any referral, we will explain the proposed recipient and ask for separate permission.
How the site may earn money
The intended longer-term model is paid referrals or a contractor sponsorship. No contractor arrangement is represented as active today. If that changes, the site will explain the relationship and what it means for your inquiry.

You can use the contact form to introduce your business. Please state the work you handle, the communities you cover and how you prefer to discuss a potential partnership. A message does not create an agreement or a listing.
